Now, in just four weeks, working one-on-one with Coach Linda, you can kick the sugar habit once and for all and start seeing dramatic improvements in all areas of living! Kick the Sugar Habit is a highly personalized workshop designed to help clients get off sugar and on track to wellness. Starting with our optional 10-Day Detox, Kick the Sugar Habit identifies ways of eating that are known to cause problems affecting health, mood, energy level, and more. Working with a trained health/life coach allows the client to become aware of issues, follow a personalized wellness action plan, meet goals, and feel better! This is an investment that can turn things around and deliver new levels of wellness, vitality, and balance through sustainable habit change.

Kick the Sugar Habit

  • one 60-minute phone session per week for four weeks provides the tools needed to achieve habit change 
  • provides a confidential place for discussing wellness concerns and identifying steps for self-care
  • examines emotional stressors affecting wellness and provides immediate action steps the client can take to begin recovery
  • establishes clear wellness directions, freeing the client from potentially damaging longterm effects of poor health choices
  • delivers consistent, scheduled support to help clients stay on track to wellness and the fulfillment of their best vision, passion, and purpose
